Nice shelf or hutch for a narrow space. Would work a top a desk or simply on the floor as we have shown it. Doors can configure in a couple of different ways. Holds books nicely and would hold records to but they will stick out just a little bit . Has wood veneer that is in great condition. Use it as shown or the opposite way 

could probably work as a twin bed headboard for something low too

The condition is very good with just some minor Surface wear that does not to tract. Doors slide smoothly. It’s solid but has a very minor sway to it. When situated up close against a wall it stabilizes more
