A folk art Weather houses from Germany. It operates on humidity levels....the lady comes out during nice weather and the man comes out when it rains ( or Vice versa, the user can set). Also has a thermometer. Meant to hang on the wall
one piece went missing somewhere in history (another deer perhaps) but it doesn’t affect use or looks
