Antique Crazy Quilt
Very early 20th or late 19th century crazy quilt. Silk, wool, cotton. The fabrics are wonderful! Backing is faded indigo blue ticking
Condition: Please see photos. As with most non gallery subjects, the silks have degraded and frayed revealing the patterns behind. There are not other holes surprisingly. Backing has fade in various spots. Thin in some areas. Some areas of the binding hem have come loose. Appropriate as hanging artwork or gently used on a bed.
