J Vargas Art Glass Candlesticks

Late 1990s art glass candlesticks by J Vargas. Thick plate glass, etched with abstract figural designs the sit on metal stands. Little is known about this contemporary artist. But one thing is for sure, he did make some unique glass sculptures.
