Hand Carved Wood Bird Sculpture 1974

Lovely hand carved wood bird sculpture. Natural untreated wood bird, perched atop a perfectly level branch.  Really well done.  Signed and dated 1974. 

This is signed Al Felly.  Could be the founder of 1-800 flowers, read up on him! He later restored and founded an artists colony in Madison, WI.  Sounds like a really great fella!
