Ginny Gibson is a clay artist making and showing art in Corvallis Oregon. “There’s mystery involved in making things with clay. It’s as if my hands and heart connect with the Earth without interference. I experience surprise and joy, disappointment and wonder. I want my work to provoke and to share the mysteries of shaping a piece of the Earth into something that touches others. The creative process for me is accessing the hidden places within my soul that have no words.”
