unfortunately I don’t have the designer’s name, sorry! I bought from a friend who bought from a friend …. He said she said (:) she bought from the designer perhaps 20 years ago? the details beyond that have been lost. I will tell you it’s very cool! Definitely a designer piece, beautifully made with attention to detail. Works great, looks great. Takes a standard bulb. It is quite tall at 72”! Just shy of 7 feet. Small footprint though with a splay of approx 20” chunky cord that has a suspended switch midway down, a neat detail.
